Gather materials. Bacteriostatic water (BAC water), alcohol swabs ×3, sterile reconstitution syringe, your 28G pen needle or insulin syringe, the lyophilized vial, and a storage label.
2
Sanitize surfaces. Wipe your work surface with an alcohol swab. Let dry 30 seconds.
3
Clean the BAC water vial septum. Swab the rubber stopper of the BAC water vial with a fresh alcohol swab. Allow to air-dry for 15–20 seconds. Do not blow on or fan.
4
Clean the peptide vial septum. Swab the rubber stopper of the Retatrutide vial with a fresh alcohol swab. Allow to air-dry for 15–20 seconds.
5
Draw BAC water. Insert the reconstitution syringe into the BAC water vial. Draw — mL of BAC water. Tap out any air bubbles and expel them.
6
Inject BAC water. Insert the syringe into the lyophilized peptide vial. Aim the needle at the inner glass wall, not directly at the powder. Inject the BAC water slowly, letting it run down the side. Do not agitate.
7
Allow to dissolve. Gently roll the vial between your palms for 10–20 seconds. Do not shake or vortex. The solution should become clear. If a sediment persists, refrigerate for 5–10 min and re-roll.
8
Inspect. Hold the vial to light and confirm the solution is clear, colorless or pale straw-yellow, and particulate-free. Discard if cloudy, visibly particulate, or discolored.
9
Label immediately. Apply your vial label before storing. Date and initial the vial. Reconstituted Retatrutide stored at 2–8 °C is typically stable for 28–30 days; check your specific lot documentation.
10
Per-dose draw. For each dose, clean the stopper, then draw — mL using your 1 mL syringe, reading the 0.025 mL increments.
